Achieving 98.6% efficiency at 30 kW output power, it utilizes Microchip's 700V, 15 mΩ SiC MOSFETs and 1200V, 50A SiC Schottky barrier diodes with avalanche/repetitive Unclampled Inductive Switching (UIS) capabilities.
